RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return an item purchased on helenamagdalena.com, please make a request for a return within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing or accessories that have been worn or used.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- Helena Magdalena reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without approval.
- Custom orders cannot be returned.
REQUEST A RETURN
We offer returns for a refund in the original form of payment within 7 working days.
You can request a return simply by logging in to your account on helenamagdalena.com with the same email address used when making the order and clicking the 'Request return' button
If you prefer, you can also email us at info@helenamagdalena.com and specify your name and order number.
A return label is already provided in the box for your convenience.
REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
You can request an exchange simply by logging in to your account on helenamagdalena.com with the same email address used when making the order and clicking the 'Request return' button.
On the next page, you will be able to select the return reason, please write the name and the size of the new piece you would like to receive in the "Note" section.
If you requested an exchange for the same piece, we will automatically ship the new one once the exchange is received. If there is a price difference we will either refund you the difference or send you a payment link to cover the price of the new piece.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to Helena Magdalena. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. For more information on making an international return please e-mail info@helenamagdalena.com
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is received damaged or defective, please request a return and contact customer service immediately at info@helenamagdalena.com
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS / USPS will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before canceling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
